We understand that fees and pricing play a major part in any training provider's decision to work with an Awarding Organisation. We hope that you've had chance to read about our services and learn more about us as a company.

At Training Qualifications UK, we are committed to offering our customers world-class customer service and support. Our prices are competitive, without compromising on our quality assurance standards. In the following tables, the referenced ‘Price’ represents the Standard Qualification Fee. Please refer to our Fees and Invoicing Policy for more information.
The below fees have been updated for 2022. Please refer to this document for our old fees, which apply only to our existing centres and only until April 19th 2022. Newly on-boarded centres are subject to the fees below as of Tuesday 18th January 2022. During the financial year 2022/2023, we will be maintaining a transition period for certain fees. Please contact your Business Development Executive via Business.Development@tquk.org for how this may impact your centre.
Mandatory Centre Fees
Our Mandatory Centre Fees are different depending on your registered address (UK or International) and your annual spend. Annual spend is calculated from Centre Recognition to your first Scheduled Activity after 12 months, and between each Scheduled Activity thereafter.

UK - Centre spend of £3,000+
The Centre Recognition process is mandatory for Centre Recognition status and receiving Centre Services.
An annual fee (where applicable) is mandatory for maintaining Centre Recognition status. In spending £3,000+, there is no Annual Fee.
All Centres, both domestic and international, are required to receive at least one face to face EQA activity per year or two remote activities per year. These activities are known as Continued Recognition Activities and ensure that your centre remains supported and TQUK remains assured that the centre is meeting our quality standards. Centres will receive 1 free visit per year.
Additional EQA Activities will be invoiced at £450 per activity.
UK - Centre spend of £0-£2,999
The Centre Recognition process is mandatory for Centre Recognition status and receiving Centre Services.
An Annual Fee (where applicable) is mandatory for maintaining Centre Recognition status. In this instance, an Annual Fee will be invoiced at £3,000 minus qualifying spend within the annual period. For example, a Centre spending £2,000 will be invoiced an Annual Fee of £1,000.
All Centres, both domestic and international, are required to receive at least one face to face EQA activity per year or two remote activities per year. These activities are known as Continued Recognition Activities and ensure that your centre remains supported and TQUK remains assured that the centre is meeting our quality standards. Centres will receive 1 free visit per year.
Additional EQA Activities will be invoiced at £450 per activity.
International - with centre spend of £50,000+
The Centre Recognition process is mandatory for Centre Recognition status and receiving Centre Services.
An annual fee (where applicable) is mandatory for maintaining Centre Recognition status. In spending £50,000+, there is no Annual Fee.
All Centres, both domestic and international, are required to receive at least one face to face EQA activity per year or two remote activities per year. These activities are known as Continued Recognition Activities and ensure that your centre remains supported and TQUK remains assured that the centre is meeting our quality standards. Centres will receive 1 free visit per year.
Additional EQA Activities will be invoiced at £450 per activity.
International - with centre spend of £0-£49,999
The Centre Recognition process is mandatory for Centre Recognition status and receiving Centre Services.
An Annual Fee (where applicable) is mandatory for maintaining Centre Recognition status. In this instance, an Annual Fee will be invoiced at £3,000 for the annual period.
All Centres, both domestic and international, are required to receive at least one face to face EQA activity per year or two remote activities per year. These activities are known as Continued Recognition Activities and ensure that your centre remains supported and TQUK remains assured that the centre is meeting our quality standards. Centres will receive 1 free visit per year. Additional EQA Activities will be invoiced at £450 per activity.

Looking to add to your regulated provision? Qualification approval will allow you to increase your qualification portfolio so you can offer the best range of qualifications for your learners.
Looking for a course that isn’t in the regulated market or a course that you’d like to try before launching into a regulated market? Endorsed will be able to help! Endorsed course approval gives centres a chance to offer their own bespoke training courses with the external quality mark of an Ofqual regulated awarding organisation.

These activities are Continued Recognition Activities and ensure that your centre remains support and TQUK remains assured that the centre is meeting our quality standards.
Additional EQA Activities will be invoiced at £450 per activity.

Learning resources are available for a range of Qualifications.
Personalised learning resources are available for a range of Qualifications.
Assessment resources are available for a range of Qualifications.
Services requiring postage and packaging are subject to a courier fee. Courier services may also be upgraded for the dispatch of paper certificates upon request.
Qualification Development
Additional Qualifications may be developed and regulated, the content of which can be customised to meet the requirements of the Centre.
Associated Learner Fees
We have introduced a fee of £100 per appeal. This fee is subject to the outcome of the appeal and in scenarios where the appeal is upheld, the fee will be refunded. Please read our Appeals Policy for more information. This does not affect the £150 fee for Review of Moderation appeal that was already in place.
A specific type of appeal as detailed in the Appeals Policy
Lost or stolen or incorrect certificates may be replaced.
A printed learner certificate, to supplement a previously issued e-certificate.
Qualification and Course Fees
Each Learner registration is subject to a Standard Qualification Fee. Standard Qualification Fees are inclusive of registration and certification. Standard Qualification Fees are advertised within the price list on the TQUK Website.
Each endorsed Learner registration is subject to an endorsed standard registration fee. Endorsed standard registration fees are inclusive of registration and certification. Registrations fees shall be determined by the properties of the endorsed course.
