What is AEB Funding?
AEB can revolutionise people’s working lives. It can help them retrain for a new job, upskill them so they learn new skills or drive them forward towards a promotion.
It funds qualifications and programmes for learners aged 19 and over. It enables more flexible tailored programmes of learning to be made available to help those eligible engage in learning, build confidence, and/or enhance their wellbeing.
AEB Funding can be applied to:
Provision and Individuals: aged 19-23 Funding
- An individual’s first full qualification at Level 2
- An individual’s first full qualification at Level 3
- English and maths, up to and including Level 2, for individuals aged 19 and over, who have not previously attained a GCSE grade A* – C or grade 4, or higher.
- Supporting employed learners who are on a wage of £15,736.50 or lower
