We have been working with Training Qualifications UK recently on the development of new products. The whole process has been seamless from raising the approval request right the way through to obtaining the approval. Their ‘Verve’ learner management system is easy to navigate with update alerts when a status changes. Above all of that is the swift service and support the staff at TQUK give us. They are always on hand to offer support and guidance and going above and beyond to support the quality of our delivery. I have worked with many Awarding Organisations throughout the years and TQUK is definitely up there for being the most responsive and supportive.

For us one of the greatest things is the support that we get, the accessibility to TQUK. How they are able to answer our queries, how they are happy to support our learners, and how they really take care, and have the facilities and resources in place to give our learners a really great experience.

We started a relationship with TQUK about 3 or 4 years ago, and it has been one of the best journeys we have been on. TQUK is really innovative and incredibly helpful. We started our journey by looking at framework registrations and qualifications. From there, the service was so good and so helpful. HIT and TQUK then went on to have the most amazing start to End-Point Assessment. We had the first Hospitality Team Member achieve and the first Commis Chef Apprentice achieve.

Singleton Training Services Ltd has used Training Qualifications UK as an Awarding Organisation since they started offering First Aid Qualifications in September of 2013. I can honestly say that they are simply the best from their quality and speed of receiving certificates to the members of the team and the ease of use of their portal.
